I was wondering if I created a site like Fiverr where you could find your Manager based on what you were looking to be done, i.e. Advertising, Staff, Community, how many people would prefer to hire their Managers through that instead of hunting through the forums?
It would have the ability for a recurring charge, or a one-time charge (i.e. 1 Month). You can view their resume, contact them on the site, and leave reviews for them. To ensure they complete their required tasks, the money (like Fiverr) would be held for "processing" for 4 weeks. If they become a highly-reputable Manager then the time for processing would go down to 2 weeks.
A possibility would be to add a place for people selling Advertisements (i.e. Content Creators, Websites, etc.) to offer that service there. Essentially, removing the need for a Manager in some aspect.
Please let me know your thoughts and where you think it could improve.
