Finding Ban Reason & Information

In the banlist display options there should be a "Find Banned User" option where you can find all the bans having to do with a certain user. This can include if their name was featured in the "Reason" section, so you can see if they have ever ban evaded on an alt.
It could look something like this.

There is already a search bar if that's what you are suggesting, it's on the right side of the ban page, it's called "Find Member". On phones or mobile site view it's at the bottom of the page, simply type in the name, press enter and however over the "i" to get the information on why they were banned and all.

As for the suggestion, I'm going to get it display the proper reason on mobile too instead of having to hover over the tool tip.
