Finish a Skyblock Server - Paying up to $100

Hey,

I have a project I've been working on with some devs for a few weeks, but I'd like to basically be able to work with someone to just get it done and ready to be released.

I've made good progress so far, I have an economy, spawn, warzone, crates, koths, etc, but it's missing key features like ranks, a buycraft, permissions, guis, donor perks, etc.

A couple of key things is that I don't want someone who will just do exactly what I tell them to, I'm looking to start a successful server and I want someone who can help me achieve that as well as provide the means. This means input on what would work and what wouldn't as well as advice on things I've already done.
