My developer had to stop working on it because he had no more time because of school so he gave me what he had and he pretty much finished everything, but tournaments, party events ,settings, and staff mode/reports.

If you can, I would like for you to do it under $50 via paypal.

Once we get in touch tell me how much you're willing to do it for and if I like the price you will send me your past plugins/code you've done in the past to make sure you're not scamming, then I will send my google docs for a more in depth idea of what I want in the tournaments, party events ,settings, and staff mode/reports. And I will also send the non-finished src for the practice core.

I'd be interested, but the price seems extremely low... A tournament part of the plugin and other parts for under $50?... He's gonna have to up his budget.
