Finish plugin

Someone made a custom plugin for my server (CommandBlocker) and the plugin blocks aliases and lets you pick a custom message when it broadcasts. But the person that made the plugin would not update it but she only added commands built in the plugin, not so you could add command aliases. I also wanna add ops bypass. If anyone knows how to disable this stuff and can tell me how, it would be helpful. I am asking someone to please finish this plugin and add this feature. I started this plg but because he post it on spigot and he don't asked if he can or not i stop helped him. I maded only a beta for his own server and he post it.

As asked above, are you paying? But I truly wouldn't help you, if you have attempted to already post it on Spigot without the original authors permission. That's just plain stupid, you don't own the rights of the code, so why would you post it?
