Hello,

Today I am looking for a Co-Owner for my Factions Server, the TotalNetwork. Currently, we have a dedicated player base of around 15-25 and a generic player base of around 30-40. We only have factions open for now but have a fully configured HCF and SkyGrid, as well as a partially complete PracticePvP, secondary factions server, and KitPvP. We are making an average of around $200 a month since the last reset (Nov. 21, 2015), but have made over $9,300 since opening in April 2015. You may ask what the reason for the low player count and donations is with such a high overall donation total, so I will explain that to you.

In March 2015, our server was merged with AuroraCraft to open TotalPvP, the first branding of the TotalNetwork. Later we separated to create the TotalNetwork which was eventually owned and advertised by, who was, TheKiwiColonel (a 10k YTer famous for being in SSundee's Factions series). We were able to maintain 70+ players for the better part of 2-3 months and achieve around $2,000 worth of donations per month in that time. Due to what can be seen as simple ignorance, Kiwi started to fall out of MC recording less and less eventually quitting MC all together, giving me the server. When he quit, he made it seem like the server shut down and we were at 0 players for around a month before I took over 100%. Once there, I organized a reset and we have been able to achieve peaks of 40-50 players again at times this map.

Currently, we are in a bit of a money problem and that is where I would hope a new co-owner could come in. When Kiwi left, he took around $2,000 in server earnings, quite a bit which were meant to be mine. Due to having no money and a server to run, I took loans from a couple of friends, one of which is paid off and the other of which is mostly paid off. All the money the server has been making has gone into loans and paying for hosting (which has sadly had to stay at OVHs $109 SP-64-S plan, due to me not having the internet capacity to transfer the data).

Your job as Co-Owner would be a strictly monetary one. I'm looking for around $100-200 in capital put forth into the server for the 50% (almost an 80% devaluation according to former appraisals). This would be put towards the hosting for this month, several plugin ideas (unique), and advertising (currently looking to pay an Archon YTer $4 per episode).

• Buycraft: - Custom Version of KentDMC's Buycraft Theme - $250+ Buycraft Icons and $50+ Painted Background
• Forums: Xenforo + Badly made Portal (Need help with centering and sizing)
• Server: - Factions has a few custom plugins, fully configured everything else several Premium Spigot plugins. As far as builds all custom made no public ones and custom End with Dragon Organic. - HCF is a good bit of custom plugins from ayresyz and others as well as builds etc. - Everything else is configured with public and premium Spigot plugins

I'm not looking for staff, I'm looking to sell (or more so in a sense of trade) equity in my server.

Due to the nature of my current offer, I wouldn't be able to do that.
