Please don't start a Skript vs. Java flame war on this thread, half of it is already made in Skript and all I need done is it to be finished and a few features added. Payment will be sent via PayPal.

Comfortable working with GUIs and semi complex expressions
Experience with NoteBlockAPI in Skript
Being efficient and cooperative during the process
