Finishing where a project left off.

A few months back, there was an attempt to launch Minecraft Server "Come and Catch Me", an ongoing King of the Hill styled mini-game server where an overpowered king defended their crown against peasants who became stronger the longer the King stayed the same or when they killed each other. I had a plugin dev who made a post here offering to make plugins for free, so I gave them a message and after telling them the scope of my project, we got to work. The plugin had a few final things to work out, when the dev disappeared without saying a word to myself or my friend who was hosting the server at the time. As corona put me in a position where I wasn't able to pay for a dev, I was unable to continue the project, which put me in the shitter for a while. Imagine being this close and it all falling apart because someone vital to the project disappears. There's a working plugin too, just not completed.
