Hello there! I live in Finland and so far I know of a gift card other than Paysafecard that you can try to find in Kmarket store, I stumbled upon a Paygo Mastercard gift card (the same as the cards where you buy things online of course) in a certain Kmarket store and the minimum amount you can put in it is 20 euros and maximum 200 euros. Does that help?
