Weekdays around 3 hours and weekends around 8-10 hours.

Experience:
I have been Mod and Admin on handful of servers, and I have owned a few before.

Why do I want to be a staff on your server?
The past servers I have worked fell between the cracks of popularity, as the owners didn't advertise enough. They had 20+ people on per day for about a month at their peeks. And after the main players left to play on more popular servers they all went downhill. They became boring to be a staff on as they didn't have players. I was always trying to suggest ideas, but they didn't listen. I would like manager/head of staff positions, so I can help suggest changes and things to add on to make the experience better, and bring in more players.

How can I help your server?
I believe I can benefit your server, because I am knowledgeable with most plugins, and I am very helpful with players and can be active on forums. I also am good at helping people make decisions (as stated above, about advertising, plugins, server upgrades etc.). I can also optimize your server! By adding, removing and refining plugins (and configs), editing you website, building, marketing/advertising help, and community management.

How do I help players?
I would ask them what the problem is. Then I would try to solve their problem in a effective, yet timely fashion. If all else fails, I will contact someone higher up in the chain of command. If you have other set guidelines I will follow them.

Chat Moderation:
This is pretty straight forward and generic,

Spammer ("F*** you (guy who killed me)" etc.):
1st offense: Warn
2nd offense: Kick
3rd offense: Temp Mute

Advertiser ("Go join (such and such IP)"):

1st offense: Kick
2nd offense: Temp Mute
3rd offense: Perm Mute

Threats ("Kill Yourself (player)", "I will DDoS (player)", "I will kill you IRL (player)" etc.) I take these very seriously, and this will likely resolute in temp/permban (depending on seriousness).

Again, if you have guidelines I will follow them.

Do you have Skype?
Yes, I have Skype and a mic.

Do you have Teamspeak/Mumble?
No, but if needed I would be happy to download it.

Can you record?
Yes, I have a small YouTube channel (30 subs, 1k views (all videos removed though)). And I have a custom PC good for recording.

Server Requirements:
Must have a 20+ playerbase (per day).

Nothing, the enjoyment of being a staff on a Minecraft server is enough! Though I do accept money!
