Fireball plugin request

I have a SkyWars server and want to ‘throw fireballs’ in game and ‘fireball jump’ like other public servers (Eg: Hypixel Bedwars).
The only fireball plugin which I could find hasn't been updated since 2013.
If anyone can suggest an existing plugin or can create me a custom plugin (at a cost of course), I would definitely be interested.

If you throw a fireball beneath you it blasts you into the air, that is a 'Fireball jump'.

So what I'm saying is, vanilla fireballs work fine... what is the point of this custom fireball plugin???
