Thank you for your input, I have a thread design that I have been using but it has yet to be updated with the valid information. It is currently being worked on as we speak, but they take time if you want them done right. Also for the giveaways I am planning on giving away 2 different 2 GB servers for up to 3 months but that is something that I will release all of the information for in the near future.
I understand there are some "other" hosts that offer those ridiculously low rates, however you do get what you pay for and most of the time those companies lack when it comes to customer service, professionalism, and technical support. We charge $5 per GB because it is a very competitive price for Premium hosting, not budget hosting as you mentioned.
It is a very generalized reply that I gave, however those "other" hosts usually disappear after a while as well. We have been open for nearly a year. Also most of those hosts re-sell hardware which is not recommended if you are serious in the industry. Those hosts also often lie about what they have and offer too.
Well, most of the hosts on here have been for a long time, tomorrow you will get the pressure, you can look at TheMinecraftHosting's page, the amount of "stuff" they had to go thru, to prove they own their hardware. You'll get it tomorrow from Kiwi and George.

Just a few things I'd like to point out:
A company's website is their first impression on a potential client. Your website, it's just basic Bootstrap and it lacks a lot of information. You're also using copyrighted images for your Minecraft plans a simple DCMA stating that would take your website down without hesitation.
You also charge $5/GB as you state you own your hardware yet I can find the specs, hardware location, or proof you own this "collocated" hardware. Mind providing a picture or two or even a legitimate picture of the invoice received from the datacenter you colo with?
By chance, are you even a registered business? You seem to act all high and mighty like you're better because you merely "own" (yet to be proven) your hardware but I haven't seen a business number anywhere on your website. How odd.

I like that you are voicing your opinion, however there are some issues. In regards to you stating that I am an illegal business due to the fact that I am unregistered is false. In the state of South Carolina which is where I live you do not have to register a sole proprietorship. Therefore I am operating completely legally. You also stated that you were unable to find a business phone number on our site which is true, however we do have this number and I would be more than glad to give you this number. The number is however in the footnote of the original post on this thread.
Now that we have gotten that nonsense out of the way we can move on to the other "issues" that you falsely stated. I am sorry but I will not provide you with a invoice from our collocation provider for that is not public information. You also said that you could find our specs above which doesn't fit into the context so my best assumption is that you meant to type "can't", but that is a typo and they happen all the time because we are only human. Moving on from the little misunderstanding I do however have photographic proof of the ownership of the most recent addition to our fleet of servers. This image will be posted below.
Now that you are able to clearly see that we own servers yet another issue is cleared up. Also this server is an E3-1230 running 16GB of RAM with a 120GB SSD.
Since both of those issues are now cleared up we can move onto your other concern which is our website. The fact that you brought up that I was using bootstrap actually made me laugh a little bit. Using bootstrap does not make you unprofessional as if you were using a template. When it comes to the blocks on the Minecraft Plans page I will give you that, however those blocks are simply sitting there just as a placeholder while our Minecraft Plans page is redone.
