High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Incase you guys are interested!
Thanks for the tag <3 I would be interested in working freelance for this project, but the application is a little too much to write for free (just for me, personally — I respect that y’all have high standards!)

My portfolio is https://www.annieshi.me/work, and my writing service thread is in my signature. If you are interested based on my past work, please let me know. If not, this looks like an extremely promising project that I can’t wait to see flourish.

Im glad your interested, the application should not be too much work, its several 1-3 sentence prompts to get an idea of how well you can quickly come up with something rational. The idea is to see who can approach it and slap some work down, even if its dirty, helps filter out people who might spend to much time being a perfectionist, which impacts scheduling, and hourly rates. Feel free to not take it to seriously, I want to see what your on the fly style is.

I look forward to your application

With all due respect, it's 6 writing prompts on just the second page of the application (out of five pages). On some you mention a 200-400 word count. That's not counting the open-ended question(s?) on grammar such as the passive voice one. As I mentioned, it's perfectly respectable to have high standards for your employees!

However, I do want to point out that with less-than-entry-level rates combined with said high expectations, you might be missing out on potential interested talents. I'm also confused as to why speed and quantity is more important to you than quality. Content creators who spend time ensuring their work is perfect tend to contribute better work towards projects.

Nonetheless, telling me "I look forward to your application" -- after my telling you I would not be filling it out -- was peak Big Dick Energy. Once again, I do look forward to seeing where your project goes. :p

I want quick responses because i want creative people, not perfectionists, because their job is to pump out content, my job as the project manager is to refine it and coordinate it.

And these are entry level rates because the people on this site are entry level, if you were anything more, then you wouldn't be here, if your skill is beyond entry level, then the project will gladly pay a rate that fits you, but you have to prove that first.

Fair enough, if that's your intended work-process. :D Thanks for clarifying.

And sorry for the big dick energy, I'm used to having to deal with kids on here. But if your skill befits a higher pay, we can absolutely negotiate a higher pay. Though frankly i think 15 an hour is plenty. Especially since that includes time and a half overtime, and is full time employment.

LOL oh no, I meant it as a compliment to your confidence.

I'm also not faulting you for your pay, it's definitely on the high end in the context of McMarket, and your organization looks very professional. I was just explaining why personally, I wasn't inclined to fill out the whole app when I first saw it. I do apologize for derailing your thread, and will leave you to it. Best of luck!

Hey, I accidentally missed seeing the application link. All I can say is your extra comments like "...be professional..." are immature and un-professional as it is.
