Firefight Seeks Developer

[Aeternum]

Hey everyone, Im seeking a long term spigot developer for a project of mine. I wont share to many details here, but this is my implementation of gun gale online in minecraft, we have tons of funding, assets and devs already, and are looking for one more primary spigot dev to help speed up deployment!

Some basics about the server
The server is spigot, and bungee.
The custom launcher is written in electron, which controls the jvm via a custom wrapper we have written called launchkit. Images will be included at the bottom of this post.
This is a first person shooter server, with ranked and unranked play, a large scale survival and adventure mode map, dungeon crawling for loot, and a pleasant little sandbox mode with infinite ammo

You will be paid a signing bonus of $150.00 USD And then negotiable monthly pay.

What you will be doing:
- Helping to develop the core mechanics behind matchmaking, and game-modes, such as free for all, and team death-match.
- Touching up or fleshing out core mechanics code, such as the weapons engine, or the loot and boss engine.
- Coordinating with the community on features and bugs and stuffz when we launch an alpha
- Consuming small amounts of caffeine on a consistent basis.

Requirements:
- You must be comfortable with custom packet wizardry.
- A strong understanding of the interaction between Bukkit CraftBukkit and NMS
- You must have a decent understanding of the networking behind minecraft.
- You Understand what memory pressure is.
- You work well with a team.
- You are effective at communicating. Constant updates will be required via our planning workspace on notion.so

Bonus: Having any of these may increase your chances.
- Experience in Plugin Messages not only for Bungeecord communication, but also for networking Forge Clients
- Having several years of experience in java outside of minecraft.
- Experience in Blockbench and or magica voxel
