First Digital Drawing

So I decided to try this out. This is my first time drawing digitally and I only used a laptop, please leave some feedback. Keep in mind, I am not finished with it, I just want suggestions on what to do next etc.

For a first attempt it seems very nice, the lines should be a little smaller. More cleaner, but it looks good
