Im really trying to get a start on youtube, just want some suggestions for my channel on what I should do, btw in my video
Im the dude with the deep voice.

Do not get offended, but first of all you should wait until your voice gets deeper. Lot's of people will just hate for you being a "squeaker". Next, don't expect to just start Youtube. To me that sounds like Youtube is going to be a career for you and is way to big of a goal. I feel Youtube is for entertainment and from the statement "get a start" seems to me like you're in it for yourself. (Just how it sounds for me) Lastly, don't play survival games. Maybe don't even play minecraft unless you're actually going to get recognized somehow. Searching minecraft survival games on Youtube gets me about 1.5 mil results. You'll be on the bottom. I dunno what you can do, but I do know, what you shouldn't do.

Make some solo videos aswell, and just talk about your upload schedule and some stuff, whatever comes to your mind.
Hard work pays off, I have 272 subscribers, and have been uploading for a few months!

Awesome, I've uploaded 2 solo, 2 with others, maybe we can record together sometime?

If you want to deepen your voice you can use some free software like 'audacity' to do so after you've recorded. I know a fair few Youtubers that have done this to avoid the squeaker turnoff.
