Here's some (hopefully) good advice for your future videos:

Record in 1080P60FPS, people do not watch in 480 (or lower) anymore. People usually have 1080p monitors, so you should aim for that quality.

Make sure your game fills the screen of your recording. No black bars. For example, setting the output display resolution to 1920x1080 for 1080p quality. 1280x720 for 720p.

I don't think the thumbnail looks good, but to tell you the truth, it's better than having a video thumbnail display rather than a custom thumbnail. Don't worry, the more you work with your editing softwares for graphics and video design, the better you will get.

Work on your tags, get a tag viewing plugin for your browser and look at similar videos. This can help grow your channel/video, but do not copy people's name's and put it in your tags. This is fake tagging and is frowned upon.
