I'm the Founder & CEO of Fischer's, a group of developers which work alongside professional marketing managers/managers to create servers.
When a server is completed, we then partner up with around 2-3 youtubers with 50k-300k subscribers, which we give a percentage of revenues to, and then we move on to the next one.

We're currently looking for extremely experienced java developers, with atleast 2-3 years of experience.It is a paid per commission job
