Fishing issue

Hey guys,

I keep having this issue where fishing rods go above water in Spigot 1.8.8, I also Tried Spigot 1.12.2 as well and had the same issue was wondering if anyone had any ideas what it could be

Old Minecraft bug, use the latest version of 1.8.8 or 1.12.2

so, use spigot latest jar file? or do you mean client version?
