I need a plugin that is identical (same configurations can be made and mechanics, download the plugin and take a look at it) to this one: spigotmc.org/resources/grappling-hook.70854
except I want to be able to still fish the same grappling hook. In the original plugin, I am not able to fish for some reason with the grappling hook. I also want to possibly be able to edit which blocks/entities are excluded from being pulled.
The author of this one is inactive for a couple weeks now, and I am needing something like this.
