Fitcord is a community Discord server currently in an early development stage.
We are currently working towards a grand release and expect to have approximately 15,000 clients / members in approximately 4 months.
This is going to be a lot of traffic compared to what we're accustomed to, so we have to be prepared in every aspect and be ready for the unknown.
To prepare for this extremely exciting opening event, we will be recruiting around 10 - 15 moderators to moderate our chat and have a chance at moving in to a position with a consistent pay roll.
At this current moment, our server is very small, so It's not really necessary to have such a large team, although you can use this as an opportunity to communicate and become aquanited with the
first few members of our server and prepare yourself for this incredible journey that you have chosen to embark on.
At the moment, this position is completely voluntary, although if all goes as expected I will be dedicating a certain percentage of Fitcord's weekly income solely to our moderation team.
This percentage will be split up between the entire team evenly (assuming equal effort is seen from all team members.)
While we do value our moderation team and see you guys as the frontline of our team, there are other positions that will be opening soon. By securing a spot as a moderator, you will be what we consider first for these more prestigious roles. There are tons of benefits to all positions at Fitcord, and I plan to make sure that all of our employees are properly compensated for their time spent bettering our community.
