FiveM Co-Owner

Looking for a co-owner who would like to help run and create a five-m community. This won't be like any, we'll have special features within our server such as, create your own business, whatever you want to sell, clean dirty money, and much more jobs and illegal activities. I'll pay for the hosting and such, you don't have to pay unless it's needed I just need a depended co-owner.

We can discuss what features should be added, I can code in Lua I'll add custom features. I'll self host the server throughout development.

Again I'll be putting most time and money into the server all you have to worry about is moderation while I do money, configuration, coding etc. It'd be nice in the future if you could have money ready just in-case I need it for hosting and etc.

The server will be a whitelisted server for users with 80+ hours on five-m and the age 15 or older.

Requirements:
Have a computer that can actually run five-m with everything added onto it.
Be 16+ and be able to be responsible.
Put money into the server when needed.
Micro-phone.
Previous experience of management or owning servers of any kind.
Able to advertise and gain members.

Just started learning but I'm getting better and better everyday. Lua isn't that hard after all.[DOUBLEPOST=1637244131][/DOUBLEPOST]I'll also will be putting most money into the server so the co-owner can work on configuration and management on the server.
