Fix hand and all plugin

i need a plugin that you can use in combat that fixes armor with /fixhand and /fixall
fixhand should cost $10000 anytime even in combat this needs a permission, fix all should be only used every 6 hours on cooldown for free, this must also have a perm.

fix all i should be able to set intervals, also i need to be able to edit msges

EssentialsX contains /fixhand and /fixall commands as well as lets you charge for running the commands. Additionally, CombatLogX allows you to specify which commands can be used in combat.
