Fix Medal Sizes

As you can see, the donation medal(s) seem to be oversized compared to the other medals. This creates an unsymmetrical display of user-medals.

Looking at the normal medals, they are 16x16. However, the donation ones are 32x32. They also have empty margins around them, which is what is throwing off the lining up of them:

This can be resolved by simply removing the excess margin area. It's a very minor bug, but it's a bit unpleasing

Makes sense, I searched "medal" rather than "badges," that's why I didn't find anything. Will be closing this thread.
