Do you have a ton of barriers in your server? If yes, delete them
Barriers don't cause lag
The plugin causing the issue is GUIRedeemMCMMO Perhaps remove it, find an alternative.
OR. someone on your server is using redstone to lag your server - try this https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/redstone-clock-preventer.1054/
He gave timings link, where plugin list is included.
It seems on your server is a lot of mob spawners. Try increment your mob-spawner-tick-rate setting in paper.yml

Maybe there were two plugins that made your server became laggy, try to delete them and start the server again?

There is one more reason, I think NoCheatPlus also made your server became laggy (maybe) so try to change to another anti-cheat plugin for more stable and more secure

Barriers don't cause lag
ITs not really lag that much. It randomly drps tps from 19.8 to 13, but then goes back up after a minute.
The main issue is the crashing tho. I got 2 crash reports but I don't know what they mean.
