Hello,

I have a ticket bot created by a Developer. There is a bug in it where if a user reacts to any message with any emoji on the server, it creates an "undefined" channel ticket.

The original bot developer has ignored me and I need it fixed asap.

Please DM me if this is something you can help. Will pay for a fix.
