Fix sand stacking

Hey are there any plugins put there that fix sand stacking in 1.8 so it's like 1.7

I don't know what else it must be I've put fix cannon as true and set tnt tick max to 10k and this 100 stacker just doesn't stack and the ticks are right[DOUBLEPOST=1491520034][/DOUBLEPOST]the problem is when the cannon fires and the sand is falling in the air it dissapears and turns into a item/entitie and doesnt become a block it basically dissapears and
