Fix shitty hungergames plugin to my liking. $10

Just need a little thing or two added, Some people already helped me on it but would like to see if anyone could do anything else.

1. - A kit added with ability
2. - The plugin has trouble with restarting the server, it instead shutsdown. So, Make it restart the server after the game is completed
3. - Maybe Adjust how feast works.

This is no where near enough information for us to know what you want. $10 can be worth the money, or it can be a complete rip-off depending on what edits you desire.
