Fix the CSS on the 'moderated' tag.

Hey MCM,

I recently submitted a resource, and I am now waiting for it to be reviewed by a member of staff so that it can go live (which is all fine).

However, when I left to go and browse the resources section, I found that the 'moderated' notice on the resource is broken (see picture below):

I (and a few others) would really appreciate this to be fixed, as for someone like me this can really annoy me.

Yeah that is a simple 2 minute fix
I noticed this a long time ago, but it never bothered me.

"Man, this is so stupid.... It just has to be intentional".
So I didn't say anything. xD

It didn't seem worth it to PM Mick asking: "Hey is this word shaped like this on purpose?"
Especially when there's a possibility the answer would have been "Yes".
