Fix Unalignment of Usernames in Shoutbox

as a PREMIUM shoutbox user, i cannot HELP but to NOTICE the UNALIGNMENT of this. this is very seriosu and is top priority but in the screenshot below (see figure 208.1-D) mick is too lazy to do this
