The plan is to fix the ad system. With XF2, our advertisement system will be fundamentally changing to prevent problems like this so we can make sure advertisers aren't faced with these problems.

Let me clarify about the policy, this isn't something we have chosen to do. The addon we use for the ads manager doesn't allow us to fix this problem and the attempts we have made in the past to do so have only ended up causing even further problems for advertisers. So we have a very imperfect system now and the only thing we are able to do is to offer compensation. As for your compensation, that'll be given within your ticket shortly.

We do sincerely apologize that this is currently the case and we're making it a priority to make sure that for XF2 these problems do not exist.
