Fixing Lag issues with HCFactions by DRTShock.

HCFactions by DRTShock seems to cause most of the lag when I hit 250 players+. I believe I have enough information to show what is causing the lag, I just need someone to help me remove it. Ill pay whatever you think its right. This projects source is on github. Message me if you think you can fix it.

This issue come from Name Tag color (Relation name tag color). This performance issue need to be fixed, I already tried to report this issue to the original dev, I never got any respond. So, i'll recommand you to contact a (experienced) dev which can re-code the name tag system using the source code of the plugin (which is avalaible on GitHub).

You could disable relation colors for during SOTW and keep it disabled for 1-2 days after SOTW.
