Hello I'm looking for a fairly reputable member to go into my server and look at the console, plugins, and errors and find out whats causing the lag. I can't seem to fix the lag on my server and I will pay a good amount of money depending on what the issue is. Please message me for further details. Only reputable members.

I would suggest doing timings and figuring out the culprit.
One of my clients had that problem and turns out to be a world-saving plugin that was saving an un-used world
