Fixing Votifier

Ive literally tried everything possible.
Unless you know exactly how to setup votifier I probably know as much as you.
Ive opened the ports on my machine, ive tried multiple Votifier ports. made sure everthing is correct but nothing will connect.

I need someone to help me out on this, tell me something im missing cause ive been trying to fix this myself for 2 weeks

Im having trouble even connection the votifier, I havent even got to look into vote listeners
