Fixing xenforo/leaderboards

- Add homepage/index
- Add store tab that redirects to store.spark.rip
- Make [email protected] send a confirmation email to verify their acc
- Change tab icon (http://prntscr.com/h42nq2) to our logo
- Change /leaderboards.php to /leaderboards
- Fix global on leaderboards (http://prntscr.com/h42o9d)
- Instead of /user.php?username=yeahs, it should be /u/yeahs
