* Faction system with claiming wands, co-leaders, f focus, subclaims, etc
* Custom economy system
* Scoreboard
* Deathban with /lives
* Combat loggers
* Shop Signs
* Combat Tag, PvP Prot, etc
* A custom crates system
* Glowstone Mountain, DTC and Koth
* Mod mode with Staff board
* Fully configurable (lang & config)
* Classes (Bard, Miner, Archer, and maybe Rogue)

but will it include a factions system?

Yes it will be a fully functional HCF Core, with almost everything needed to run it inside of the plugin. Except things like Vault, Permission Plugin, etc.
