Flat Design Logo for App Idea

I am looking for a designer who is familiar with creative minimalistic flat design and can also accept the reality that I am not willing to go through with paying upfront 100% toward a designer who may not yield the best logo design that I am looking for.

Ideally I'd like to go through with a "pay for what you want" model, as I find myself to be decently fair guy in paying for things of their value respectively on mcm. I've got the reputation, I wouldn't scam over a logo I'd like to say before anyone says I'm demanding too much.

The budget I've got is roughly $20-50 depending on the cooperation and creativity of the designer as I'm not exactly sure what I want just yet.

Logo idea/direction I want the designer to go toward: The name is "Amore" and I was envisioning a rose design of sorts.

You are a service team owner, not a designer. As I also mentioned in the discord, many service teams have the limitation of keeping the communication for security and convenience of the admins of the team to the discord channel. I prefer DMs and voice call, I am not your typical customer and only joined to see if you actually read my post.

I am willing to negotiate the upfront payment with a single true designer, not a team middleman.
