Flat PvP UHC Arena

Hello, I'm looking for a 300 x 300 PvP UHC map.
This does not have to be detailed and should just look like a used UHC map
Something like this:

I'd like small structures such as small village buildings and a small skybase as what you would see in a UHC.

Please give me a quote on this (My budget is around $20, not a high one at all).
I'm thinking that since most of the build will be flat land and some structures here and there, $15 - $20 is well worth the price.
