I am a 15-year-old student currently living in New Zealand. My education is comprised of a mixture between NCEA level 1 and 2 (New Zealand’s national curriculum). I am very hardworking and result-oriented; I am an experienced and flexible professional with a strong sense of planning, communication, and management skills, with the ability to:- Create short-term and long-term planning
- Administer and oversee community operations
- Design and develop updates and enhancements
I have a meticulous attention to detail and have the ability to achieve a task or duty accurate and thoroughly, ensuring that any smaller detail is completed to a more-than-satisfactory standard. I am a reliable and dependable person and aim to complete any assigned responsibilities inside of any set deadline. In addition to this, I am able to recognise the importance of certain duties and am able to prioritise them to ensure that everything is completed and that deadlines are met.

Project Management* - I will oversee the creation and development of your server; this service is ideal for anyone looking to create a server, or otherwise seeking improvements to their server.Marketing Management* - I will create and implement a marketing strategy that is in line with your server's game mode and objectives that will further drive traffic to your server and increasing brand awareness.
Server Management* - I will oversee the progressive management and ongoing development of your server. Through this, I will advise you on implementing a marketing strategy in order to drive traffic to your server to further increase brand awareness and revenue; I will manage content-creation and oversee the creation of updates and enhancements, and much more!
Consulting* - I offer consultations for the services previously listed. I have no base price and am available for negotiation. Consultations can be specific to certain subcategories (ie. BuyCraft management, store monetisation, gameplay enhancement, etc).
Experience
CurseMC (50+ playerbase) - Community and Staff ManagementAfter being accepted into the team, I found myself receiving various promotions until I eventually reached the position of administrator. In this position, I was responsible for engaging with the community, relaying community feedback to the owners, working with the owners to plan and implement updates and enhancements.
CrappleMC (20+ playerbase) - Community and Staff Management
In this position, my main responsibility was managing and filing planned documentation for the server, future updates and enhancements. In addition to these, I was responsible for overseeing various staff documentation and was in-charge of maintaining and updating them on a frequent basis.
