[FlexCraft] Requesting custom Bungee Plugin Development

Hello there I'm Spazitu, a owner of FlexCraftMC.com, I'm here to ask for someone to develop a "simple" bungee plugin for me.

I would like it to:
- Automatically announce preconfigured messages on changeable time intervals
- Be able to announce a custom announcement in game on command.
- be able to announce in chat, title, and actionbar across all servers in the bungeecord.

Commands e.g.
/announcechat <server/global> <announcement>
/announcetitle <server/global> <announcement>
/announceaction <server/global> <announcement>

In configuration I want to be able to setup preconfigged messages that can be announced onto any server, with any type of message.

In game chat I want it to look something like this
