I'm FloatBoat, I'm here to offer my staff services.I'm 15 years old and I've worked on many servers and owned servers before. I'm currently looking for a server with a player base of 15-20 players.I really hope I can find one!

Staff Experience
BroadPvP
I owned BroadPvP it lasted about 3 months.It was full on Faction custom enchant server.It had around 15-45 players but as time went by player count started to get low due to the fact that I didn't have any perm YouTubers also money to keep it running.

PvPCraft
My very first server where I became staff, I wasn't sure how to do things at first but I quickly got used to the system and learned my way around the server. My job was to help as many players as possible and remove all negativity from the chat. I was later recognized for my knowledgeable qualities and I was promoted to moderator. By being promoted. I was very active and dedicated towards that server. I would also be in TeamSpeak, on forums and in-game to at there for someone's needs.I also banned a lot of hackers. I identified whether someone was legit, semi-blatant or just full on blatant. I would record the users, collect evidence and ban them.

ObliviousPvP
This server has a player base around 50. ObliviousPvP was my second server to be staff on. This server is where I learned how to screen share. I got the helper position and used my past experience from PvPCraft to help me out. When punishing users, I would always do it according to the rules. I would answer all players questions and help others that need it with all my abilities. I would check chat and made sure no one is breaking any chat rules.

BoundPvP
On BoundPvP, I was a moderator. My role was to ensure the community was safe from all times of negativity. I would be constantly monitoring players to make sure they're not hacking. I would try to look players with x-ray, players with vape clients and any basic ghost clients. When I thought I had enough proof I would either ban or If I wasn't sure, I would give them time to join ts for a ss. If they refused to ss, I would ban them. If I found a client, during the ss, I permanently banned them. I would also moderate the chat, TeamSpeak and forums, removing all the possible negativity.
