Floating text?

Hi, I was just wondering how to make 'floating text' I've seen it on many servers but I don't know how to do it. Also, I'm pretty sure you can make it multicolored text? Like, it flashes blue, red, yellow, etc.​

Search up holograms, there are multiple good plugins which does what you want.

You can also have one custom coded if you don´t want the public plugins for some reason, a lot of great developers on the website.
