Fluent - The Freelancer Finder
Fluent is a system that helps you match with a freelancer to do your project. It improves on the current freelancer service team approach by providing extra secrecy (you decide who you want to see your projects), guaranteed refunds if the commission is not completed and full transparency. Not only that, but you can use our marketplace to buy pre-made builds made by our freelancers.

How is fluent different?
Fluent's business model is different from the competition: we work as a middleman between the freelancers and the clients. We are neutral and provide safe transactions between the two parties. We provide services for both clients (product marketplace, freelancer search), and also services for freelancers (marketplace slots, finding clients, portfolio websites).
Most of the system is automatic, meaning that it's really fast. Everything from commission creation to payment is done using a wizard.

How does Fluent Work?
It's all simple and straight-forward. To start a commission, just write any message in #Start. The bot will ask you a few questions to know what you want.
After that is finished, you will be prompted to select who you want to work with from a list of available freelancers. You can see their reviews, CV and experience; meaning you don't have to worry about being assigned a bad freelancer. You can tick off anybody you don't want to work on your project.
Freelancers will then be sent commission requests. If they accept, you'll be prompted to pay via PayPal. After paying, the freelancer will need to finish your entire project to receive his funds.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for pragmatic and practical individuals able to popularise the platform. The ideal candidate is a good leader and a persuasive person; and a person that understands the needs of enterprise and small servers alike.

Payment
The manager will be paid 60% of the profit from the 30% commission we take. While I do agree with flat pay in some situations, I believe a pay/merit system is more suitable here.
The payment will be calculated at the end of the month and will be sent via PayPal.
Since most of the work is automatically covered by the bot, I believe this is a fair price and should provide a fair passive income after the business is jump-started.
