Requirements:
100+ SUBS - Free (Youtube Rank)
300+ SUBS + 50 views a vid - $1.50 a vid
800+ Subs + 200+ views - $4.00 a vid
1000+ Subs + 350 views - $6.00 a vid
2000+ Subs - $10 a vid
