I need a plugin updated to work with 1.11 and to have a couple features added. This would be based of this plugin - spigotmc/resources/flyexp.16270/ Currently the plugin loads but does not deduct XP from players when flying. So that needs to be fixed. The feature I would like to be added would to be able to change how much XP is deducted based off permissions/groups.
