My age has never reflected my ability to be mature, and I stand by that statement whether somebody likes it or not. So, if you're worried about me being thirteen you can easily skip this thread and go for the most professional out there.
The first question you'd probably ask would be: "Why would I choose a beginner?" - the answer is I am not new to this, but I am calling myself a beginner because I've never worked with any servers with a stable playerbase, I've only worked with servers that had 3-4 players because of planetminecraft, but I have worked with servers that have had 6-7 staff members(under the administrator rank) and they have turned out well until they were shut down due to lack of funds.
Now, let's talk about WHY you actually would choose me(after never having any over-the-top-experience with big servers):
See, I've learned from mistakes. I've had servers where I've gotten into heated arguments with other staff members for dumb reasons, and I accept that sometimes it was my fault. I also use to abuse a lot, spawn in items, build big obby bases just for myself and keep top-tier-donator items in there.
That was 2012-2013.
Things have changed. I want to fully start from scratch. I've got the experience, my own methods of testing staff members, and my own methods of hiring staff members.
About me:
I'm a kid that has little to no social life as I am an introvert, but that's because I've practiced my knowledge. Programming, running servers(yes, they've failed and they were removed from minecraft lists after I spammed my server on different accounts, but they were a learning experience), and overall having fun on the internet.
How can I help?:
I have experience with hiring staff members. I have a knack for knowing if an application is good or not, and if I am not sure, I would lend other people a look to it so that they would give me their opinions. I'm good at managing server files, fixing plugins, doing configurations, making custom plugins(for this you have to pay), and other things.
