Have a list of items that can be crafted using rare items found around the server for ex (a magical diamond that can have a chance to be dropped from mining diamond ores, combining two of these can give a rare diamond sword with op enchants.) The recipes for these items won't be given so players can experiment with the different items to make the craftable goodies. once players have all the op goodies crafted they can trade them all in for a reward (such as rank/title/shout out/etc)

The fridge or the nexus did that I'm pretty sure.
