For anyone living in Bulgaria

I have a few questions for the people living in Bulgaria.

1. Do you pay taxes? If so, what is the taxation like there? What's the %, etc.
2. Is real estate and normal grocery store things cheap there or expensive? What's the average value of normal things there?
3. Is it safe to live in the big cities there?

I am not from Bulgaria but i have a business i run there and a small house

1. Ofcours, There is a 10% tax regardless of income and 15% for sole traders. Corp tax is 10% too (There are some exceptions, But cba add details here)
2. ALOT cheaper compared than most EU countries. Similar to all other Balkan countries. You can see the costs of things on here
3. Yea it's quite safe. Even in cities outside of the Capital people are friendly and crime is low (Crime rate is getting lower and lower by the year)

Only downside is that people rarely speak English there and they mostly use their local currency instead of EURO
