Quite the price, don't you think? I feel like someone could get something made for something around ~$800 (or even less) but having complete exclusive ownership to it, whereas this seemingly already has ~20 customers.

Other than that, I noticed a few points within the code that I feel like are worth looking into.

1. Have you considered replacing the massive switch statement with a simple method to get the class by a name? Reckon you could do something similar to what I did here (god this code is cringe, but you get the point). Feel like it would help massively with maintainability; performance difference shouldn't matter as I assume this is instantiated at startup(?).
2. The method present in the first screenshot also seems to be rather big, handling several different components (DisguiseProvider and GSON instantiation, etc.). Perhaps this could be uncoupled?
3. I see you're not handling every exception (see the warnings in the code).

Not sure what to say about the rest of the code quality as I can't tell too much from the snippets provided.
