Force 2FA for premium/supreme

With all the hacking recently, I think it's time we force all premium/supreme users to use it. This would be extremely easy to implement, I believe all it is is one xenforo permission.

No need to force it on people though. You simply need to use your brains and enable it in a way that works for you.

Using your brain doesn't always work, usually people realize what they could've done better after they failed. IT would be a nice option for people that want extra security.
